The crew arrives, installs, grouts, cleans up and hauls the debris. You pay the $1345 balance once it is finished.

- Electrical, plumbing or drywall repair behind the old surface
- Natural stone, zellige or handmade tile that needs specialty setting

Questions
- Is $1495 really the whole price?
- Yes, for the job described on this page: up to 30 sq ft on drywall, with your tile on site. That covers the two-person crew for the day, all setup materials, cut-outs, trim, clean-up and haul-away. The only thing you buy separately is the tile itself.
- Why is there a size cap?
- Because an honest flat price needs a bounded job. Up to 30 sq ft is a comfortable single install day for a two-person crew. Past that it becomes a two-day job, and we would rather publish a real cap than quietly bill you for the second day.
- What if I have old tile to rip out?
- Then this is not the right package — tear-out is its own day of work. Tell us on the quote form instead and we will send a measured number, usually within a business day.
- Do I have to be there for an estimate first?
- No. That is the entire point. You book a date online, we show up and do the work. If something on site genuinely does not match what you described, we tell you before we start — we do not start the job and hand you a surprise.
- When do I pay the rest?
- The $150 deposit holds your date. The $1345 balance is due when the job is finished and you have looked at it — not before.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 5 days before your install date. It exists to hold a crew day, not to trap you.
- I have not picked my tile yet.
- Book the date anyway if you know roughly when you want it done, or start with the Tile Match Kit and get real samples in your hand first. Just have the tile at the house before install day.
- Which towns do you cover?
- Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Lynn, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Nahant, Revere, Saugus, Somerville, Stoneham, Swampscott, Wakefield, Watertown, Winthrop and the surrounding Greater Boston area.
